You can delete your Martly account, or only some of your data, at any time. This page explains how and what happens to your information.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Martly and go to the Account tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm with the one-time code we send to your registered mobile number.
- Your account is deleted immediately. You can't delete it while an order is still in progress; wait until the order is delivered or cancelled.
Can't open the app?
Email hello@quartex.in from any address with the subject "Delete my Martly account" and your registered mobile number. We will verify that the number is yours and delete the account within 30 days.
Delete some of your data without closing your account
- Saved addresses: Account → Saved addresses, then delete the address.
- Wishlist: tap the heart on any saved product to remove it.
- Anything else, such as product reviews, review photos or support conversations: email hello@quartex.in with your registered mobile number and tell us what to delete. We will delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, mobile number and email address.
- Saved addresses, wishlist, notifications, notification tokens and saved payment preferences.
- Support conversation messages, and delivery addresses on your past orders.
- Product reviews you posted stay visible but show "Deleted user" instead of your name.
- Subscriptions and Mart Plus are cancelled. Any Martly Wallet balance and loyalty points are forfeited and can't be restored.
What we keep, and for how long
Invoices, order and payment records for completed orders are kept without your name or contact details for 8 years, as required by Indian tax and accounting law, and then deleted.
