Where is Martly available?

Martly works with partner stores in a growing number of cities across India. Open the app and allow location access to see stores near you and whether they deliver to your address. You can also choose a store manually.

How do I track my order?

Go to Orders in the app and open your order to see its live status, from confirmation to delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, while it is Pending or Confirmed: open the order and tap Cancel Order. Once the store starts preparing it, it can no longer be cancelled. Any amount paid is refunded to your Martly Wallet.

An item is missing, damaged or not what I ordered

Open the order in the app and request a return, or contact us using one of the options above. Approved refunds are credited to your Martly Wallet.

Which payment methods can I use?

UPI, cards and net banking through Razorpay, your Martly Wallet balance, or cash on delivery where available.

What is Mart Plus?

Mart Plus is an optional membership with benefits such as free delivery and member prices. Choose a monthly, quarterly or annual plan under Account → Mart Plus. It does not renew automatically.

How do I change my delivery address?

Go to Account → Saved addresses to add, edit or remove addresses, or pick a different address at checkout.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Account → Delete account and confirm with the code we send to your phone. Your account is deleted immediately; invoices and order records are kept without your personal details, as required by law. Any wallet balance, loyalty points and Mart Plus membership are lost.

Can't open the app? Email hello@quartex.in with your registered mobile number and we will delete your account within 30 days.
